The Nelson’s Project

York Crescent

Our client had a vision to develop and onward sell a high-end bungalow in one of the most sought after areas in West Midlands. This project included a "wrap around" extension that added 60sqm to the original house's footprint. It also included installation of Velux windows, roof lights and bifold doors to flood the house with natural light. "Under-the-hood" changes included a full electrical re-wire, new boiler and plumbing, kitchen fitting, re-fitted bathroom and new flooring through-out.

This project increased the value of client's house by 70%.

The Nelson’s Project

Mayfair Close

Set in the idyllic village of Albrighton, HKM Residential Development converted Mayfair Close from a dated property to brand new home with modern fixtures and fittings. Work at this property included a conversion of a car port to a living space, new bathroom, new kitchen, brand new electrical wiring with new flooring and joinery throughout.

Parker Drive

HKM Residential Development partnered with our client to refurbish Parker Drive in a contemporary twist on Georgian style interior style.

Parker Drive is all about the smaller details expertly crafted by our team of specialists - brand new hardwood arched door, high end coving, curved skirting, new flooring, brand new fireplace, new pine staircase.

Bushfield Road

The HKM Residential Developments team brought the best out of Bushfield Road property by a front extension which increased the square footage of the original kitchen, a new bathroom, fitting of Velux windows through-out to increase natural light, landscaping for a low-maintenance front and back garden and new doors & windows.
